ft cord. Nearly twenty years later, my artistic portfolio has expanded to include complex bead work, stitchery, wire work, polymer clay creations, and custom designed pieces. My favorite thing about jewelry making is watching the transformation of tiny, unrelated parts come together to create an entirely new and often surprising whole. I believe that jewelry is more than just an accessory: it’s an intimate expression of our individual personalities. A representation of treasured memories and family history. A window into the spirit of the wearer. One of my favorite necklaces was made from my late grandmother’s emerald ring. I wear it often, and every time it nestles over my heart, I think of my beloved Nana.
