With the energies being so chaotic lately we are being asked to pause and be grateful.

It’s time to give up control of all the minor things. Time to pause and remember what and who you have. Be grateful for the little things like the hot cup of coffee or tea you had this morning, or the stranger that smiled at you.

Being grateful really changes your energy, your vibration. This is your reminder to be grateful 💫

Sometimes we need reminders to pause, breath and be grateful.

🦋 l had these two little visitors outside my door within hours of each other.

🐌 immediately when I seen this little guy outside his shell I knew it was a message. A nudge to get outside my shell. I’m a crab 🦀 zodiac it’s common for me to be in my shell especially when I’m processing, or before a big shift. I hear you spirit.

🦋 Well everyone knows the butterfly is my symbol. Today the butterfly came to remind me it’s time to fly, spread my wings. A reminder of strength and beauty, and transformation.

🦋In March when I went to Banff and became certified in Heal Your Life Coaching, I had a huge transformation. I healed, I grew, I seen my beauty. I then went into my shell to process. Today these beauties came to let me know it’s time to share.

🦋Hello, since there’s so many new faces here I thought I’d reintroduce myself.

🦋I’m Lorena (Lor rain a) I’ve actually just started going by Lorena instead of Lorraine. Drives me crazy how know one pronounced Lorena and call me Lorna lol

🦋 The butterfly journey was has been in business since 2018. The name was given to me by spirit. My aunt transitioned to the spirit world in April 2018 and for days following her passing, a butterfly sat on my window. I knew it was time to start this journey and she was guiding me.

🦋 I’m a third generation medium, healer. I was born with my gift of seeing spirit. I’m grateful everyday.

🦋I’m the youngest of four children from immigrant parents from Italy. I’m fortunate to still have my 92 year old mother.

🦋I have three daughters. Soon to have four grandchildren, my world. I’ve been married for 36 years.

🦋 I recently went to Banff to complete my Heal Your Life training. Workshop and teacher training Life Coach. It was the best experience of my life. I went there to learn but came away with my own healing and met the most incredible people.

🦋My readings are mostly remote. I do in person and house parties and fairs. Now offering coaching as well.

🦋I’m all about energy and keeping mine clear and safe. I don’t like huge crowds (to much energy) I don’t like the dark. I’m a cancer sun and Leo rising. I was born on my sisters birthday and my first grandchild was born on my birthday.

Just a little update on my trip… training in Banff.

I’m here taking the Louise Hay, workshop and teacher training for life coach.

We just completed the workshop portion.

I was very called to take this training. I tried to resist but the universe said nope you’re doing this.

I’ve never left my family for so long. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room alone. I don’t travel alone. I listened and pushed my fears aside because I felt very supported and guided.

I came into this training saying “ I’m soo glad I did all my healing already, I’m so good, I’m so ready, this will be easy”. Well let me tell you I was in for a huge surprise!! Opening circle came and people started to share and me being an empath found that very hard and heavy.

One of the things I have learnt was your never truly done healing. I sat in resistance until I couldn’t any longer. I shared my story, which is something I NEVER do. The love and support of this group is absolutely amazing. I have made forever friends. It’s only been three days and it’s already been the best experience of my life.

I share this picture of me from this morning to show you the exhaustion but yet the clarity and freedom I feel. (And the snow) lol
