These expressions reflect a journey of discovery for each artist, marking an important moment in their development of storytelling through advancing skills in articulation and translation.

ViTra Academy is an online art school born out of the pandemic and a sister project of the Vision Train. Co-Founded by Alecia Sacred Heart and Amanda Sage, ViTra Academy is committed to connecting students and teachers around the world from the comfort of their own studios in primarily LIVE online classes with playback options.

Last month I recently completed this painting and ran a contest to name it. I want to thank everybody for such great entries and ideas for the name of my #oceangoddess Suggestions came from so many cultures for this #watergoddess .The name I chose is GALENE, from the Greek . Galene is one of the fifty Nereides and the goddess of #calmseas submitted by @sharaosgoodart . What an amazing day of art, music and community @chapelofsacredmirrors as they open up the visionary art museum and sanctuary #entheon . This new amazing landmark in Wappingers Falls will be an enduring place to visit. It was the most amazing day and the cherry on the top just when you thought it couldn’t get any better was the amazing projected visuals onto the building as the sun went down and the full moon rose up and suddenly the building came alive . Creating a mandala with a compass and ruler is always a very centering calming activity for me, and working with pastel colors, pearlescent paint and wet paper was also very healing, calming and freeing for me. Happy Chinese New Year 2023 Year of the Here’s my little today 23/365.
I did it tonight on the 🐇 I wanted to draw a rabbit and even though it’s sleeting outside here in NY, I still felt called to draw Rabbit in the spring eating flowers, when everything is so fertile. 🌷In can represent because they have the ability to reproduce so abundantly and also knowing when to wait in a situation, being a good listener, and eating your greens , as well as being fearful.. The lesson is not to let yourself become paralyzed over things that you are afraid of and beyond your control. Instead of being frozen in fear, be still and alert.
