Hey ALL I hope you were all serious about our SIX MONTH CHALLENGE! Today I would encourage you all to clean out your fridge and cabinets of unhealthy snacks/foods and your freezer of red meat. Personally, I no longer buy things I shouldnβt be eating so itβs not even in my house. The red meats I did have I traded them between my mom and brother for their fish and chicken. Iβll post a few easy at home work outs as well as some food suggestions.
One of my personal problem areas is MY ARMSπͺπ½ So as a personal challenge I am going to do 20 push ups when I wake & 20 push ups before bed for the first 21 days of OCTOBER! If you wanna join me π this pic so we can keep up with each other. The brain takes 21 days to form or break habit, so after the goal is meet more than likely you will continue those habits πͺπ½πͺπ½ SUMMER BODIES ARE MADE IN WINTER!
FIRST THING TO START WITH PPL IS CLEANING OUT THE FRIDGE! GET RID OF THE JUNK AND RED MEATS DONT EVEN HAVE IT IN YOUR HOUSE
