The world famous Team EC made up of a wider array of heroes the Marvel Superheroes couldn't handle, watch us take the field at the Cape Town 10's every year.
Est 2012 A bunch of mates predominantly from the Eastern Cape South Africa! Team EC now has friends from all across the globe and has seen a few foreigners join the ranks since 2016. The more the merrier! Rugby, beers and great memories in the making!

The fixtures are out and once again Team EC have drawn the short end of the stick and get an early morning kickoff!
Highly experienced Mangers Jambles Charton and Gavin Roos will need to be at the top of their game to ensure the full quota of 10 players take to the field, unlike previous years where the Thursday night capping ceremony has got the better of the boys!
However, the eternal optimist Andy Skinstad was last heard saying "Look on the bright side, the earlier our first game is the earlier we hit the beer tent". Every cloud has a silver lining!
Mark McChlery the robust blindside flanker has assured the team that will be there early to ensure the kit, the water bottles and the beer tokens are ready so ensure a smooth transition from pitch to beer tent!

A to a pre-match gathering for Team EC before an early morning Saturday kickoff! One would be forgiven for thinking that the boys had moved straight from the beer tent to the changeroom. The price you pay for overachieving off the field!

Trent “The Hitman Heart” Jones, a Team EC and Cape Town 10s virgin! A man that has sold everything he owns in Sydney in order to make sure he was able to make the trip to Sunny South Africa. A lawyer by trade, he knows if push comes to shove Arrie will ensure he has a desk available for him.
A man who’s chiseled features could make even Henk de Villiers a little skittish when in his company. Discovered by the Jamboys at the Bangkok 10s in 2015 Trent understands the term “play hard, party harder” more than most!
