I’m always looking for a natural energy boost, especially for the afternoon slump I typically feel at the office. This oil blend right here really works! I just rub a couple drops between my wrists and sometimes gently breathe it in for a few breaths. The scent is intense at first but after a few uses I’ve really come to love it 💜

Having an office job, it can be difficult to maintain weight 😕 I sit ALL DAY LONG. I can only find so many reasons to get up and move around throughout the day. I exercise regularly and eat generally healthy, but still struggle with gaining the results I’m working for. SO I decided to give Slique Maintain a try! 🤗 Tomorrow is Day 1 and I’m very excited! Soooooo I’m not being a good product of my product right now. I have my diffuser going in the kitchen but I also have this candle lit. Yes it’s super cute and cozy, but scroll over to the next pic and you’ll see what I’m getting at 😳I LOVE candles, but this is disturbing for sure. What’s worse is I honestly probably won’t blow it out. This is just a perfect example of how its so normal for us to knowingly use toxic products. I will relocate my wine though 😬 I’ll make the full transition eventually, but for now, baby steps 😂

OMG I definitely didn’t realize how tired I’d be doing this detox 😴Apparently that means it’s working 🤷🏼♀️ I also didn’t know that if you’re a regular coffee drinker like me, you should dial it back but not cut it out 100% during your detox. Which makes sense why espresso with a splash of almond milk is allowed! I couldn’t keep my eyes open so I caved 😋👍🏼 ALSO, realized that I had brought my Peppermint Vitality 🌱🙏🏼 One drop to massage on my temples 👏🏼🙌🏼 I was 100% in no time 👍🏼

My Story & Why I Started With YL
Hello & thank you for taking the time to read my story! My name is Lauren. I am 31, married, have no children as of yet, and I am interested in all things wellness :) I have been using essential oils for many years to alleviate any issue from pimples to panic attacks! I was introduced to Young Living by a former coworker. She would post live videos talking about these amazing oils and share how she uses the oils for herself and her family. I did some research on the company itself and also on the importance of oil purity. Many essential oils on the market contain synthetics, contaminants, or cheap fillers. Essential oils can be so powerful and beneficial to your overall health, but using oils filled with synthetic ingredients can do more harm than good.
