One thing I lacked when I was 119lbs was my NUTRITION! I didnโt know exactly what I needed to eat & when to eat in order to gain my weight & muscle in the right place.
It was a STRUGGLE trying to gain weight and keeping my stomach flat but thank God for me learning about diet ๐๐พ

Yes I was a D1 basketball player in college & had to have not one, not two but FOUR knee surgeries ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ
Just to give you guys a little motivationโฆ. Iโve had THREE surgeries on my left knee and one on my right knee. Unfortunately because of this my basketball career ended after college & the doctors told me if I continued to play I would need a knee replacement before the age of 30!!
I NEVER in a million years thought I would be able to not only lift heavy again, but also squat, lunge or JUMP! It took A LOT OF MENTAL TOUGHNESS, self talk, motivation & of course rehab to get here BUT I AM HERE ๐๐พ
I say all of this to say, in life there are hurdles that you will have to work hard to overcome but IT CAN BE DONE! God may have different plans for you than you had for yourself & THAT IS OK! Set goals for yourself & figure out what YOU NEED TO DO in order to meet those goals! ๐ช๐พ
