I had the best Corned Beef Hash with a poached egg . It was fabulous. The Nutella Pancake was delectable. I love discovering new places to eat.

Sometimes, the most simple looking meals are the best. I really love . The sandwiches are simply the best.
The Salmon was the special of the day and was magnificent.
The BLT was delectable. I'm going to challenge myself to try a new sandwich each time I visit 😋 They also serve coffee, tea, and smoothies.

Please don't let this simple looking Mahi-Mahi sandwich fool you. It was FANTASTIC!!! There is a food truck at in St. John, USVI, that serves delicious food right across from this snorkeling destination. If you ever visit the USVI, Maho Bay Beach is a must, eat a Mahi-Mahi sandwich, and relax.

So I decided to go back to because this is becoming one of my favorites in St. Thomas. I mean, look at these fried oysters. I love that they crack the crab, and all you have to do is enjoy them.
