Door County 4-H is a great youth organization, where young people in 5-year-old kindergarden through one year past high school can learn, develop and practice leadership and life skills...and have fun and meet new people too!
If you still need to do your Fair Entry and could use some help, be sure to go to the help session. If you can’t make it, feel free to stop into or call the Extension Office and we can help too.

Don't forget - registration for entries is now open for the Door County Fair! Entries are done online at https://www.doorcountyfair.com/1259/Entry-Info and must be entered by July 15th. If you think you might enter something, be sure to sign up for it. You do not have to bring everything you sign up for, but you cannot bring something you never signed up for! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Extension Office or email!

Last Wednesday, this amazing group of 4-H volunteers was recognized at the annual Golden Heart Volunteer Awards event. We are very thankful for all of the hard work that our 4-H Adult Leaders Executive Committee puts in throughout the year. We definitely couldn’t do it without them!

Earlier this month, the 2024 Door County 4-H Communications Contest was held. We had 15 participants who all did an amazing job! Some of our contestants read stories, others performed demonstrations, and another performed an interpretive speech. Congratulations to all of these youth on their hard work! And a huge thank you to our judges and the Door County 4-H Leaders Association who helped to make this event happen!
