This truck is quite unique - - it is an Italian imported 2012 Piaggio Ape 50 (pronounced Ah-Pay). This fun little vehicle is very popular in all of Europe. For many years on this weekend, we participated as a food vendor at the Cottonwood Arts Festival in Richardson Texas. We sure miss being there today, but we love looking back at the funny stories we have from years past. This is one of my favorite about the Super Dave drink that was named after a COR Parks and Rec's team member.
