Jewish Learning Collaborative of Metrowest

JLCMW students had a great time celebrating ! Students learned about the parchment the Torah is made from and the scribe who meticulously inscribes each part. Younger students made mini Torahs, and Gr. 6/7 students were amazed to learn that a Torah scroll stretches nearly the length of a football field!

We had so much fun celebrating by shaking the lulav and etrog in the Sukkah!

Rabbi David taught students about the Shofar, the special ram's horn blown on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, and he even blew it for us!

Students in K/1 learned The Tree Of Life song, experienced the story of the Ten Commandments using sand and various props, and colored Shabbat packets!
