3 P is a network to connect all public policy professionals, public system administrators and people interested in public policy. It is a platform to communicate ones views on various of public interest. It will have no frivolous opinions or materials. We invite all policy professionals and administrators of similar wavelengths to contribute. We need not be on the same page but let us be committed about keeping it of highest order.
