Itās no secret: Essential oils have many great health benefits. Here are three essential oils you should have on hand every day. š
š Peppermint is a cheerleader oil for its fresh and uplifting features. Itās especially handy to perk up midday slumps. Just pop the bottle lid and breathe in its crisp, minty scent.
ā¤ļø Thieves add a little spice while you keep everything nice and clean. Diffuse for a warm, clean aroma and add drops to your laundry and detergent for a refreshing scent.
š Lavender is a powerhouse essential oil for good reason. Just the scent alone is nice to have at all times. It can also add a feminine touch when infused in unscented lotion, create a sweet refreshing scent when sprayed or diffused, and soothe skin irritations when mixed with aloe vera gel.

LIP BALM HACKS
I have a confession - I use to lovvveee Burtās Bees chapstick! But then one day I added a grapefruit lip balm to my monthly order because I needed to add just a few more dollars, and Iāve never gone back! The hydration that this lip balm gives your lips is at a whole new level! (And i love that my kids can use it too!) My other lip balms left my lips dry or cracked over time, and this lip balm is like water- my skin feels like it canāt live without it! Not only is it the most amazing lip balm on the planet, but it also has the BEST unexpected and practical uses for the whole family! (I always keep some lavender lip balm on hand for most of these hacks!)

Anyone else LOVE the smell of ās Seedlings Baby Wipes??? Thereās a little hack that Iāve been doing for a few years with these wipes that turns them into a room spray!! Just put 1 baby wipe in a glass spray bottle, add about 5 drops of Lavender and then fill the rest with distilled water. Now you have a very calming and soothing DIY room spray! I like to spray this room spray on my bed and pillows before I go to sleep! š„°

I keep one on all our bags!! I also use the big one to refill the smaller size, which works perfectly with a pump.

I have touched on this every year around this time but I wanna make sure that we are super clear!
Letās chat, photosensitive oilās.
Photosensitive oils are oils like Bergamot, Lemon, Lime, or other citrus oils. Photosensitive oilās are oils that when used and exposed to sunlight cause sensitivity and/or irritation.
Itās super important when using oils, that you consider itās photosensitivity before heading outside. OR apply photosensitive oils to an area skin that is not exposed to the sun.
Another great idea is to make sure that youāre using photosensitive oilās before bedtime, instead of in the morning when you are headed outside.
For instance, if you are using lemon oil to help with blemishes, apply a small amount over the blemish before bed, and you should be ready for heading out in the a.m.
A few oils to utilize to help control blemishes and support healthy skin appearance:
Lemon
Elemi
Frankincense
Tea Tree
Tell me which oil you love to utilize for help with blemishes?
Making my bed every morning + topping it off with this magic. this linen spray is such a dreamy combo-

Refreshing, dreamy, clean and bright smelling without all the harmful fragrance š¤
Iāve ditched my natural deodorantš¤
Whaaaaa?? Bare with me and read to the end.
If you didnāt know already, conventional deodorant is TOXIC in all caps.
The aluminum, that almost all of them contain, is linked to some cancers, Alzheimerās, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
(Aluminum is also a toxic adjuvant in almost all childhood vaccines, but we wonāt go there todayšø)
This aluminum is actually not there for the sake of deodorant. The aluminum is there to clog your pores and act as an anti-perspirant.
When I was in high school, this was super appealing. No one wants to have sweaty pits as a teenager. How embarrassing that our bodies would do a biologically normal thing that literally every body doesš
Sweating is one way that our body is able to get rid of heavy metals, excess salts, and alcohol. Itās a detox system that functions all day everyday.
So, now, weāre living in this toxic world AND weāre suppressing our bodyās ability to sweat and detox?
Not good.
Ok, so if you didnāt already know before..itās time to ditch your conventional deo.
But, maybe you already knew this? Maybe youāve already swapped for a clean, aluminum-free alternative?
Sometimes, these cleaner deos are unappealing, bc they have a different consistency. Sometimes, they even ruin the pits of your clothes, bc of the residue left behind.
Iāve experienced it..have you?
This is why Iām ditching the deodorant Iāve used for the last 5 years. But, Iāve found an alternative...and itās still natural.
Enter: Manuka essential oil.
After every shower, I roll this allll over my pits...and thatās itš¤·š¼āāļø
It soaks into my skin. It does the job. I never stink. And itās NOT ruining my clothesšš»
