This is Charlotte, our registered care manager. She has been with us for four years and in that time has risen through the ranks to lead our care team. Charlotte wanted to make sure that all those in need, were given the highest quality care available, something she installs in all her staff. Charlottes story is one of Determination, drive and the will to help others.

This is Amy, our finance manager and has been a member of the Artius Care family for 7 years. Amy handles our payroll and invoicing but before that was a dedicated carer for many years. She is currently doing her NVQ level 4 in social care and undergoing finance qualifications. Amy loves the fact that we emphasise family above all else and dedicate our work to ensuring we provide the same service that we would give our own family. Artius is a collection of stories binding us together. What’s your story?

Charlotte started with Artius Care in July 2019, progressed to Senior Carer in 2020 and completed her CQC interview in March 2023, registering on the 30th.

Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and friends outside of work and is looking forward to seeing what the next few years as Artius Care’s Registered Manager has in store for her.

Introducing Barney the office dog 🐾

Barney was rescued off the streets in Hungary just over a year ago and has lived with Amy since New Year’s Day 2022.

Barney loves coming into the office everyday. He loves walks around the farm and wants to be everyone’s friend!

The Met Office has issued a Level 3 Cold Weather alert. There is 90% probability of severe cold weather and icy conditions between 18:00pm on Wednesday 7th Decemeber and 09:00am on Monday 12th December in parts of England.

This weather could increase the health risks of vulnerable people.

Its is important to try and stay tuned in to weather forecasts, Check room temperatures and maintain it at 18C or warmer. Keep warm and active and if you have to go out dress warmly and wear nonslip shoes. If you have to drive ensure you take care and avoid sudden stop and starts or sharp turns.

Check on family, friends, neighbours and especially elderly. If you are concerned about your own health or welfare or that of others please alert the emergency services.
