Five J's

Here's the new home school planning calendar for 2024-2025. I've switched up up a bit, making it a single 19-month calendar (June to the next year's Dec) so that it should fit EVERYONE'S schedule. I've also included a BLANK version of the calendar, based on a reader's suggestion (Thanks, Amber!).

Also, a lot has been going on with the Millers lately. We welcomed a new granddaughter last September, we married off Jaden in May, we are marrying off Joely a week from Saturday, and we'll be marrying off Jaeyla early next year!

Oh, and we're moving to Arkansas. If anyone is looking to move to the Dallas area, we have a great home for sale!

I've previously posted about Compass Classroom and their curriculum. I have done graphic design for the majority of Compass's products for more than 10 years, and we also used their curriculum when we homeschooled. They produce really great curriculum from a Christian worldview that is video-based and super easy to implement. I highly recommend it!

In case you’re still wondering, yes, I’m still alive! And I’m still homeschooling my youngest daughter who will be graduating high school next fall.

I’ve also been busy recently putting on a home prom for my kids and some close friends (one of whom my second youngest daughter is dating). Here are some photos from the event which included a bounce house, a unicorn piñata, and charades!
