I wanted to share this:
It's almost going to be about 2 1/2 months since I set a goal for myself. Which was to work out 5-6 days a week. I'm happy to announce that I have been able to keep this up! 👊💥 lol Below is a photo showing some of my progress.
This is on the elliptical.
•Now: 3.01miles in 34:49 mins.
•2 1/2 months ago: 3 miles in 39mins.
I shaved off 4:11 mins!
It might not seem like a big deal but it is to me.

Update: I'm feeling good. This is day 4 of the 14 day body cleanse. I lost another pound. However , I feel that's associated with my 1500 calorie intake that this body cleanse program has me on. So for sure I'm burning more than I'm intaking.

Breakfast:
Plan rice cakes top with 2 tbsp of yogurt
1cup freshly squeezed orang juice
1/2 Cup raspberries
Lunch:
Salmon salad:
4 ounces of baked salmon
1cup of Romaine lettuce
3 cucumber slices
1/4 tomato
1/4 onion
1/2 cup of celery
1/4 cup almond
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
with homemade dressing:
1 tablespoon Ballf left Salt Lake vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water (that's funny)
snack:
3 pieces of celery
1 tablespoon of all natural sugar free peanut butter
Dinner:
5 ounce baked chicken marinated ( cook and homemade dressing left from lunch)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup steamed asparagus drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil and 2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice

Ok people I did it! Worked out yesterday which made last week a 5 out of 7 days work out week!👍🏽
Oh I forgot to tell you all... I wore a pair of jeans yesterday which two months ago didn't fit me !! 😩😊😁 👊💥 It's been hard to consistently be hitting the gym 5-6 days out of the week these past two months. But it's slowly paying off.
