Cancer Sucks! It affects everyone directly or indirectly throughout life. That's why Marg and I raising funds for American Cancer Society.

We are participating in this years' Shave to Save event in Kansas City on April 26th! On this day my wife and I plan to take the stage and shave our heads as a symbol for the Hope Lodge.

As part of our fund raising efforts, we are selling shirts that my wife designed! All orders will ship on March 31st and there is a few different styles and colors to choose from.

Glued up the large pieces. The final size of this coffee table was 4.5 feet long by 3 feet wide. Made a base for the top out of solid cherry.

Here is we pick out and cut pieces of walnut to make this cutting board! After we cut the pieces to size, we have to joint and plane the edges for the glue up!

Took the bark off of the live edge ashtray and then drilled out the hole. After drilling and some sanding, laser the engraving.

All oiled up! Finished cherry handle on a Damascus knife.

Cut the handle out then fitted to the knife. Glued and pinned the handle. Sanded to a perfect fit.

How it’s going: Next installed some oak brackets. Finish glueing the shelves up. Then install them onto brackets. Almost ready for prime and paint.

How it’s going: Picked a interesting design. First hung the bottom layer of boards perfectly spaced the first time. Didn’t have to take any down or anything… 😂 Then completed the top layer of boards. Caulked around boards and the. Painted to match wall. Let me know what you think!

How it ended: Secure shelves to brackets, caulk around, and then paint caulk to match walls.
