They are affordable, light weight , easy to pack and most of all they work. They are also ideal for anyone afraid of building too muscle muscle , these will tone and tighten and who doesn’t want that /

Do you get the most contact in the front thighs when running squats? It is a very common problem, then you need to activate the butt more! ➡️ ➡️ Take a rubber band and do these exercises before you start your squats so you will notice the difference! Use your butt to push your knees out! Tag a friend you want to train your leg / butt! 🔥

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Ever tried glute kick backs whilst using a bar/stick to balance?? Certainly requires focus and serious core engagement to make sure you can still complete the movement and engage the glutes at the same time.
I would 100% recommend giving this a go, with or without bands! When you can finally stabilise, keep those reps high, 4 sets//30 reps!! I'm certainly stronger on my right side than my left side. 💪🏾😋 Get those glutes FULLY LOADED!!💥🍑🔋💥
