Jesus (Isous) is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew word Yeshua (Joshua), meaning "Yahweh saves" or "Yahweh is salvation". This describes the future task of Mary's Sin and is the initial promise of the gospel.
Jesus as Savior "shall save his people from their sins."
Sin is the greatest enemy of the human race, destroying one's soul and life.
Through the atoning death of Jesus Christ and the sanctifying power of the Holy Ghost, those who turn to Him will be set free from the guilt and slavery of sin (reference: John 8:31).
I will bless the Lord at all times, His praises shall continually be in my mouth.
