Half of the ice cream is without sugar or any additives (at least 😆) but of course all and on top is my all time fave and fresh currants from the garden 🙌🏻
Best way to start the day! Memo to myself: next time only the healthy ice cream 🤪

•frozen bananas •frozen forest berries •vanilla •dates (for extra sweetness)
Topping: banana slices, pecans and tahini 🤤

No sugar needed and super easy :

• 2 frozen bananas 🍌
• 300 gr blueberries
•250 gr soy or coconut yoghurt
• vanilla

For the shake just add any plant based milk 🍹
