My social media presence is not nearly as good as my reviews!

A happy adoption day in Bucks County last week with Judge Trauger. Just in time for the Holidays!

Very nice event this year for the 3rd Annual New Britain PA car show. Happy to bring my 34 Chevy Coupe and meet some great people. Notable mention goes to Wilson the Great Dane.

I closed out 2022 by settling a slip and fall case and meeting the client for the first time in person over breakfast on Christmas Eve. He was thrilled with the results and I enjoyed every bite of breakfast right next to the business that we sued!

This was a very busy year handling a variety of cases including corporate, real estate, estates, and slip and fall. Looking forward to 2023!

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to all!

Thrilled to be published again with Real Estate Law Journal for my article "Day Laborers and Uninsured Workers - The Status of Liability Waivers". This was a fun article to write and I am honored to be included in this publication. 50 Real Est. L.J. 596

Proud to have been published in my alma mater's Temple University Real Estate Law Journal with my Digest of Selected Articles titled Waivers of Liability During the Covid-19 Pandemic (50 Real Est. L.J. 470). There are many great articles in the Journal and it is accessible on WestLaw and on my LinkedIn page. I hope to have more in the future! Hint: A new one will be published very soon.

As summer comes to a close I continue to fight for the rights of those affected by the change in season! On a serious note, I would like to update this page on some of the work I have performed this summer:

- Obtained civil judgments in litigated cases involving property line disputes and real estate contract non-disclosure of defects.

- Recovered nearly $50k for a client without expensive litigation who was the victim of a fraudulent business transaction.

- Negotiated and drafted an amended and restated commercial lease agreement.

- Negotiated a substantial 5-figure settlement in a slip and fall case.

- Formed several LLCs with customized operating agreements.

- Advised a multi-member LLC through an asset purchase agreement.

- Completed the administration of two estate cases.

- Completed divorce cases and began new divorce cases.

- The pandemic has led to an increase in people wanting to make or edit Wills and Estate Planning documents.

As always, your kind reviews and referrals are much appreciated as I continue to serve the community. If you or anyone you know needs legal assistance, please have them contact me personally at [email protected] or 215 847 1851

Last week my first client as a lawyer passed away. Betty Williams-Richardson (Betty Richardson) and I lived in the same apartment building in Chestnut Hill for years. It was great to see someone have faith in a young/new attorney. I won her case against that very apartment building and remained in touch for other matters, often just a quick call to catch up. She will be missed.

We haven't posted anything in awhile. Fry is not the best social media manager but he is a vital part of the office.
