Sunflower Cake Kitchen bakes are vegan using only certified vegan ingredients. A lot of my bakes can be made gluten free or without refined sugar.

Vegan gluten-free lemon cake with homemade lemon curd. Lemon curd is more golden in colour rather then the normal yellow because I used unrefined sugar.

Lemon curd cupcakes... a well of homemade lemon curd hidden in the cake topped with vanilla buttercream mixed with a bit more of that sharp lemony curd. My absolute favourite ❤️ (gluten-free available on request)

Vegan cakes
I want to prove that vegan cakes and treats can taste just as good as ‘normal’ cakes and they to do not have to cost a fortune!
I offer cakes, tray bakes, cupcakes and also desserts. If there is any particular cake or cupcake flovour you fancy please contact me, ask and I will try and help.
Cakes are normally 8” round but I can bake bigger if you require. Tray bakes are normally 12” x 9” unless otherwise stated.
With some recipes I use dehydrated fruit or fruit curd. I make my own fruit curd and dehydrate fresh fruit.
