This little ray of sunshine came to me wanting to lose weight and gain confidence in the gym weight training. We also used a flexible dieting approach, she was able to go for days out for food and drinks AND stay on track!! She thought being older she wouldn't be able to achieve as good of a result and had a small amount of confidence.

I've just finished my personal training with Alysha. When I first started I'm not going to lie I found it very hard. ✨Client testimonial!✨....I did a 10 week programme with Alysha where i lost 8kgs in total! 65kgs on the left and 57kgs on the right. The 10 weeks included a training program, macros to follow for my diet and a personal training session once a week. It was easy to stick to and I felt supported all of the time as we talked through WhatsApp whenever I needed her. Super happy with the results!!.....

Strawberry Skyr with a under 10 kcal jelly pot and frozen raspberries mixed in! 🍓😍
When dieting volume is key!! Fill your belly with low kcal foods i.e fruits and veggies which leaves you feeling fuller for longer!

Absolutely loved yesterday and I'm so glad my first meet back a spent with these guys! 🤙🏼 Happy with my lifts. 55kgs bench and 100kg dead. Good way to end the year 😊

90kgs X 4 felt strong going into this session! I always find training in the evening suits me better. I've had a day full of food and caffeine and I'm ready to go 🤘🏼

Singles at 95kgs. Currently training for a powerlifting competition in December. I haven't competed since I was 19 so i'm super excited (nervous) to get back to it 💪
