How to Reduce the Cognitive Load on Students During Lessons A look at ways teachers can refine their practices to help ensure that students absorb and process information so they can retrieve it later.
When babies are born, they can hear and distinguish all the sounds in all the languages in the world. That’s about 150 sounds in about 6500 languages, though no language uses all of those sounds. It is another success story to share that I have made a difference in someone's life. Now we will have another teacher in the classroom who will impact students' lives.
If you would like to future generations, then support or educate an aspiring teacher who can build a better learning environment for our future generations.
I came across an aspiring teacher through my team at AAAE, and She tried multiple to pass the Sped Test, but unfortunately, she could not. She lost all the retake opportunities.
She contacted Texas Education Board and was advised to get 100 continuing hours from a Texas Education Agency provider of Continuing Professional Education.https://lnkd.in/ghrjDDib
I was contacted to provide her 100 hours, so I offered those hours after work for four months to build her confidence and clarify all the misconceptions about special education, besides practicing hours of practicing test questions.
After submitting her completion, the TEA allowed her one more attempt. The person was very nervous that if she did not pass the test this time, she would lose the opportunity forever to be a teacher.
Yesterday, I received good news from her that she received her passing test scores. Yay !!! Congratulations on her hard work and believing in me.
I felt like I had passed the test.
Another special education teacher in class is going to students.
