Choosing to walk through this world with equal amounts of STRENGTH + KINDNESS.
Come see us at SFNOW booth 618! This is the first time we’ve done this show. Wow! The place is full of creativity and positive vibes. It’s at Fort Mason that over looks the Alcatraz and the beautiful San Francisco Bay. I love this town!
CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEE
I don’t have crow’s feet,
I have happy happy memories of laughing with friends until the tears flowed.
I don’t have frown lines,
I have the marks of my frustration and confusion, which I battled through, smiling in the end.
I am not going grey,
I have shimmering highlights of wisdom, dashed throughout my silver hair.
I don’t have scars,
I have symbols of the strength I was able to find, when life got tough.
I don’t have stretch marks,
I have the marks of growth and the marks of motherhood. My womanly evolution.
I am not fat,
I bear the evidence of a life filled with abundance, blessings and good times.
I am not just forgetful,
I have a mind so full of stories, memories and moments there is scarce room to hold much else.
I am not old,
I am blessed, with a life of great length, something not everyone can say.
Don’t change the way you look my friend,
change the way you see,
change the way you see.

Love the way displayed their Stuff I Want To Manifest bestie boxes!!!! Swoon! ❤️
love love love this!
As I started to love myself
I learned to listen to my emotions
And sit with them
Allowing them to serve as my guides
And direct me toward what was in alignment with me
And away from what was not.
Today, I call this authenticity.
As I started to value myself
I learned to value my time and energy
And farewell the people, situations and experiences from my life that failed to respect them.
Today, I call this setting boundaries.
As I started to respect myself
I learned to take action that was in alignment with my highest vision for myself and my life that was meaningful and purpose-driven.
Today, I call this focus.
As I started to listen to myself
I learned to quieten the sea of surrounding voices proclaiming to know what was best for me
And listen to the voice within me.
Today, I call this intuition.
As I started to take care of myself
I learned to notice all of the subtle ways I failed to do so in the past and sabotaged myself and my health, wellbeing and progress
In order that I may correct them.
Today, I call this self-awareness.
As I started to understand myself
I learned to make peace with my past and my flaws and insecurities
Being aware of them, but not over-identifying with them
Understanding that they make up only a small aspect of my entire being.
Today, I call this self-acceptance.
As I started to appreciate myself
I learned to appreciate my gifts, strengths and talents
And find ways to creatively share them.
Today, I call this self-expression.
As I started to believe in myself
I learned to believe in my potential
And in the beauty of my hopes and dreams.
Today, I call this self-confidence.
As I started to trust in myself
I learned to trust that everything in my life was unfolding as it should
And learned to redirect my focus toward that which was within my control
And away from that which was not.
Today, I call this faith.
And as I started to forgive myself
I learned to release all of the pain, shame, guilt, anger and sadness I had been previously carrying
And set myself free.
Today, I call this healing.

DEEP WOMEN ARE OFTEN MISUNDERSTOOD
Deep women are often misunderstood because they are extraordinary. They are once in a life time kind of people. Deep women are different. And what makes deep women different is who they are; their big hearts, intelligent minds and kind Spirits.
They're depth itself. People aren’t good at understanding what’s different, they’re not great at embracing it and most importantly, they don’t know how to keep it.
Deep women are misunderstood because they are unusual. They are not like most women out there who give a s**t about what people think of them.
They are not afraid of speaking their mind; they are strong-headed, bold, brave.
Deep women are comfortable in their skin. They Love who they are and they own it.
They are self-aware of their strengths and weakness so they are always evolving to better versions of who they are. People might think they would change their essence for someone but the truth is that they are open-minded; open to change, compromise, and personal development.
They have a heart of gold. They don’t judge people and accept them for who they really are. They don’t jump into conclusions about people they’ve just met or people in their life. They believe in second and 99 chances. Deep women don’t give-up on people instead they fight for them until the end.
They see the beauty in people. They fall in Love with their flaws. And because they see the best in people, deep women are called naïve. Their eyes see beauty in what is broken, their hands feel tenderness in what’s damaged.
They feel everything. They feel pain and pleasure. They feel happiness and sadness. They feel confident and they feel insecure. They feel calm and anxious. Deep women are empathic because they feel other people’s feelings. People’s energy becomes theirs. People’s problems become of their own. And because deep women are connected to those around them in such a delicate way, they are seen as “sensitive”,” too emotional”, “too much”.
Deep women are passionate and love life. They adore kids. They are crazy about animals, food, travelling, music and the little things. Their passion for love is mistaken for desperation because they are committed. They pour their heart in everything they do. Their eyes are always glowing. Their positive attitude is often taken as being too enthusiastic or just plain fake.
They are thoughtful. They think about the little and the big things. They feed on details. They look for what is below the surface. They search for the magical side to people that they lock away. Deep women remember everything you tell them because they pay attention not because they want to have some sort of leverage on you when the opportunity presents itself.
They notice things about you that you don’t notice about yourself. They know your quirks like no one else does. They know your favorite things in the world by heart. Deep women are told they are complicated because they over-think while in fact they’re just complex.
Deep women are one of the best things that could ever happen to someone because they present to you a different level of life. A deeper one, a more meaningful one.
They help you fall back in love with who you are and reconnect to the world as a whole. They show you what really matters in life and why it does.
We need more deep women in this world who make life more than a journey; a lifetime dream worth fighting for. Deep women should be celebrated. Their depth should be praised and recognized.

MID LIFE - Wisdom from Brené Brown
''I think midlife is when the universe gently places her hands upon your shoulders, pulls you close, and whispers in your ear:
"I’m not screwing around. It’s time. All of this pretending and performing – these coping mechanisms that you’ve developed to protect yourself from feeling inadequate and getting hurt – has to go.
"Your armor is preventing you from growing into your gifts. I understand that you needed these protections when you were small. I understand that you believed your armor could help you secure all of the things you needed to feel worthy of love and belonging, but you’re still searching and you’re more lost than ever.
"Time is growing short. There are unexplored adventures ahead of you. You can’t live the rest of your life worried about what other people think. You were born worthy of love and belonging. Courage and daring are coursing through you. You were made to live and love with your whole heart. It’s time to show up and be seen.'' ~ Brené Brown

The price for my own safety and freedom in 1996 was an imposed, unnatural and unwanted separation from my eight children, including my nursing infant. The injustice committed against me is not just the physical separation from my children, but the willful desecration of the mother-child relationship and bond, a sacred spiritual and emotional entity.

"We do not become healers.
We came as healers. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not become storytellers.
We came as carriers of the stories
we and our ancestors actually lived. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not become artists. We came as artists. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not become writers.. dancers.. musicians.. helpers.. peacemakers. We came as such. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.
We do not learn to love in this sense.
We came as Love. We are Love.
Some of us are still catching up to who we truly are." --Clarissa Pinkola Estes

REPOST FROM
"✨SUPERPOWER SPRAYS!✨
Y’all these sprays though! They are by far one of my favorite finds. EVER.
•
Throughout the day if we need a pick me up, some peace, or a reminder to be kind, I’ll spritz each kiddo on the top of their head. They take a belly breath inhale & exhale and VOILA we’re all happy campers! If a kiddo doesn’t want a spritz, all they have to do is put their hand on their head.
•
Thank you for these amazing sprays!"
Happy !
📍 As a small business, we are so thankful for all of the people who support us and !!

Girl with flaws and a dream
These days I am mostly curious about what it means to live as a Warm Human...walking through this world with equal measures of strength and kindness. I believe that being nestled right in between the words strength & kindness is my happy place. I grew up as a "nice girl" which has served me well, but as I've matured I realize there is a valuable difference between "nice" and "kind". Today, I prefer kind. While nice is very pleasing to others, it requires outside validation, AND you can end up doing things that deplete your energy/vibrancy and ignore self-care simply in the name of pleasing others. Not so great. Not so healthy. But KIND is a richer, voluptuous term that has felt more honest to embrace. Kind is about being respectful. Honest, compassionate, and respectful, to both yourself and others. I love that. That feels really good.
I often say, "just be a cool human." But the reason I chose "warm" human was because of what I read in the definition of Warm, which among other things implies... intimate, approachable, showing feelings for, interested in, engaged, kindness, affection, taking action. I want a life that feels warm. I want relationships with people that feel warm. I want to give that warmth back.
The word Human, to me, implies a peacefulness around imperfection...which inspires the freedom to move, to try and to grow...to simply begin from where you are with what you have. It's enough. You're enough. You don't need to be more or have more before it's possible for you to make a difference or a change. I've spent many years as a so-called perfectionist, and had no idea because I've never expected other people or situations to be perfect. It wasn't until a therapist suggested I was one, which made me burst out laughing and say, "Oh no, not ME, I'm the FURTHEST thing in the world from being a perfectionist - I don't do ANYTHING perfectly." She smiled warmly and said, "that is exactly what a perfectionist would say." Who knew. Ha! Anyway, the awareness feels like freedom.
AND Human also implies connection. As humans we are all connected; more alike than not. We are part of the same race. We share the same emotions, we love, we care, we're troubled at times, we fear, we have hopes and dreams, and so many of our life stories share the same the same theme, but with different characters. It doesn't matter what shape or size you are, what skin or hair color you have, it doesn't matter what s*x you are or who you love. It doesn't matter what continent you live on or come from. We are all here on this planet together, and we need to care for each other.
