We all have moments when we look in the mirror and think 🤮. Unfortunately these moments have a way of sabotaging our gains, because we always manifest what we feel. Yes, we are going to be our own worst critic but we can learn to do this from an optimistic perspective. So next time you think your gross or feel down for having a bit of pudge, take the time to examine yourself thoroughly and find the areas you can be stoked about. Just remember, it doesn’t matter whether you are a body builder or a mom trying to get back in shape, we all have the tendency to see the worst about our body. But those who can clearly see where they’re going that see the biggest gains. 💪
