Last night I went to the opening of an amazing fashion exhibition at the Columbia Museum of Art Alexander McQueen & Ann Ray:Rendez-Vous.
Café Cecelia dinner: Pan seared scallops, drizzled with Persian lime, on a bed of baby spinach, purple garlic, and roasted lions’s mane mushrooms. Micro green crown.
Café Cecelia lunch: Linguine tossed in Lemon pepper Alfredo with roasted purple asparagus and smoked salt.
Café Cecelia dinner: Seared filet mignon with pink pepper crust over basmati rice, braised mustard greens, slow-roasted pink oyster mushrooms, topped with caramelized shallots, and mixed micro greens.
Café Cecelia dinner: Crab cake, saffron jasmine rice, sautéed Bok choy with Persian lime, scallions, and garlic, garnished with shrimp poached in butter and white, drizzled with Honey and ginger reduction.
