Heartbeat is a support group for those who have lost a loved one or friend to su***de.
Our group holds a monthly support meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7 - 9 pm, at the First Congregational UCC, 1425 N 5th St, Grand Junction, CO. We also gather socially 1:30 - 3:30 on the 2nd Saturday of each month at Four Winds Coffee & Tea, 1235 Bookcliff Ave, Grand Junction, CO.
Our Story
Heartbeat is a support group for those who have lost a loved one to su***de. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Watch for meeting and location announcements on our page.
We also have an informal coffee meeting the 2nd Saturday of every month at Trader’s Coffee, corner of 7th and Patterson (across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital) beginning at 1:30. This is a time for people to share in an informal setting.
We conduct the International Survivor of Su***de Loss Day every November; the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Keep watch for information regarding this event.
Heartbeat hosts an annual picnic the 3rd Tuesday of June (in place of regular monthly meeting.
