The Negaunee Irontown Association was started in 1979, with the mission to preserve the heritage of Negaunee and to encourage former residents to return to the area.
We hope everyone had a great 2024 Pioneer Days week! Congratulations again, to the class of 2014 for winning the alumni softball tournament!
Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped throughout the week at all the different events being held, everyone (businesses included) who donated money to the success of the week, the firework crew for setup and safely providing the great firework show, and to all of those for visiting the local businesses to continue to help our city thrive!
Another big thank you to the Negaunee Irontown Association board members for their hard work and dedication on continuing Pioneer Days. Celebrating 45 years of community service!

2025 dates will be July 5th - July 12th
2026 dates will be July 3rd - 11th
Keep your eyes peeled for more fundraising through the winter as we start to plan and prep for next year!

2024 Alumni softball tournament champions are the class of 2014!
Pioneer Days Parade starts this morning, Saturday, July 13th at 11:30am with lineup beginning at 10:30am.
Fireworks display begins tonight at dusk over Teal lake!
Parade route will remain the same as follows:
Tobin Street
Iron Street
South Pioneer Ave
East Main Street
Brown Ave
Michell Ave
Down to the Final 4!
After last nights games we have 1990 -1992 and 2006 advancing.
Tonight are the championship games!
1st game at 6PM we have the Varsity Finals - Classes 1990-1992 VS 2006
2nd game at 7PM we have the JV Finals - Classes 2014 VS 2020
Winners advance to the championship at 830!
Good luck to the remaining teams and see everyone tonight!

2024 Parade lineup for tomorrow, Saturday, July 13th 2024
Lineup begins at 10:30AM and Parade will begin at 11:30AM.
*Please note some slight changes may need to happen once lineup begins Saturday morning. Negaunee Township fireman will be out helping you find your lineup spot!
**Late entries are also welcome to join the fun! Just find one of the Negaunee Township Fireman and they will direct to you where to line up.

2024 Pioneer Princess Pageant is tonight! 7pm at the Negaunee Highschool Auditorium
Admission: $10 adults and $5 seniors & students
