Quick Update: Why are we doing this?

Our team is committed to raising as much as possible for local charities, and that's what we do best. This is our 9th event on the island. It's going to be the biggest yet, but we still need your help.

Everyone gives to charity at some point in their lives, whether it’s for The Oliver Fisher Special Care Baby Trust or Swale Cats Protection. These charities need our support. We have over 50 charities booked, and your entrance fee, car show fee, or even the stall holder fees go straight to those that need it most.

We ask everyone to share this post because next weekend is going to be huge! Even if you can’t make it, sharing this post might help one of your friends attend. Every share helps!

Chris and Ray were joined in the studio with Fraser Gregory from the local Freemason Lodge on Monday to discuss the upcoming Summer Spectacular which will take place on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, at their new venue, Oasis Academy Site, Sheerness, Marine Parade. Gates will open at 11.30am with main entertainment starting at 12pm and there is so much to look forward to on the day.

Speaking with Fraser he commented on the events taking place:

"Everyone one attending will experience live entertainment from international acts as well as our own local talent. It all kicks off at 12pm with a live performance from one of Kent’s top bands “Taking Care of Vegas,” playing tunes that everyone will remember. Straight after the band we have our first appearance of awe-inspiring superhero stunt trapeze artists, Vander Double Wheel, this will definitely get your pluses racing as they perform their incredible trapeze act, they will be performing 3 times during the afternoon so make sure you see at least one of their performances.

Then it’s time to hear the sounds of the classic motorbikes as we welcome the East Kent Widow sons motorbike team, this team of bikers raise much needed funds to distribute around the UK, again all volunteers giving back to our local community, make sure you give them a massive wave as they pass around the arena.

Our next act is one that have performed for us before, the fanatic Southern Golden Retriever Dog Display Team, they will be performing their magical display of dog controls and jumps, you will also have the opportunity to meet all the dogs in between there displays.

Finally, we are really excited about this act, they will entertain you with their amazing stunts, the Stannage International Stunt Team will be performing their spectacular stunts that will have you pulsated from the start to the end of there performances, again they will be performing twice in our main arena.

We have 4 hours of nonstop performers that will entertain you beyond your expectations, so make sure you ready for an afternoon that you won’t forget. Other entertainment going on, it’s not just about our main acts, we have plenty of other enjoyment for every age, from Face painters and Balloon makers to fun rides, bouncy castle, coconut shy, crazy golf, and the ultimate driving experience over 2 vehicle transporters, plus much more fun at great prices."
