"8/22 CALL TO ACTION - Rally for LGBT+ Youth at City Hall

Dear Q***r Nation,

We have learned that Leave Our Kids Alone, the fascist group behind the new outing policy being presented to local school boards, has organized a protest for tomorrow’s LA City Council meeting. Ground Game LA is spearheading a rally for LGBTQ+ youth to counter their hate!

We need bodies from 8:30AM - 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 8/22 at Grand Park across from City Hall (200 N Grand Ave, Los Angeles, 90012). We will meet at Grand Park and possibly march to the LAUSD school board meeting that begins at 1pm. The situation is fluid based on the movements of the fascists we are countering.

We need NUMBERS. Our goal is to outnumber LOKA and the fascists trying to eradicate trans and q***r lives from public education in the US and beyond. We want to show them that hate has no place in LA! We can do this through being present and counter-protesting outside of LA City Hall where the City Council meeting is taking place at 10:00AM.
