Day 1 of 1RM Back Squat @ 365 lbs (1.6x BW).

Itโ€™s been some time since Iโ€™ve put this much weight on the bar but Iโ€™ll test this again October 31 after squatting DAILY (7 days per week) to see the gains made. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽƒ
