Our Story
Sar-Cie, Vintage Inspired designer, Sheryl has worked in fashion since leaving school; from manufacturing through to retail, then starting her own label 'Sar-Cie' in 1996. Sheryl opened her own designer boutique in Hamilton in 1997, specialising in ballgowns. Before closing down in 2004, she designed Miss Universe New Zealand's gown which was worn in Panama City. Then there was a 7 year stint as Manager of Astra Bridal Hamilton. After leaving Astra Bridal, Sar-Cie, Vintage Inspired was re-invented... this time around as 1950s inspired/pin up/rockabilly dresses and skirts.
