It's all about presentation in this business. Give great service and having clean vehicles to do it with! One of my biggest pet peeves....I always see other companies Sprinters going down the road, above the windshield NOT being cleaned, nevertheless buff and polished and waxed. Today's project, left buffed. Now to do the right and wax!

Here at NBL, we strive to provide premier transportation services. That means keeping our vehicles immaculate. About 6 months ago I had the whole left side of the Escalade repainted. (GM paint doesn't hold up like it used to). Anyways, today I walked out and saw a bird "did his business" all over the left door. So, as soon as I saw it. I washed the car. But unfortunately it had already started to "eat" into the paint. Then I had to break out my buffer and compound. And apply some hand wax. Now she's good to go again! Good as new!
