Huge congratulations to our lovely women’s team President on graduating this past weekend! Gabby, you have done so much for us and we are beyond sad to see you go. Thank you for all the hard work you have put into this team the past few years! Gabby is going to be attending grad school next year at the University of New Haven for Industrial/Organizational Psychology. We know she’s gonna kill it! We love you Gab and can’t wait to see you do more amazing things ❤️

Nationals Update! The ladies finished off slalom yesterday!

The team placed 3rd on Wednesday’s skier cross led by Allie who placed 5th and Kendall in 8th! We are wrapping up Nattys with a duel panel slalom tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Go huskies‼️🐾

NATTYS DAY 1‼️ The ladies took home 5th today in the GS out of 27 teams! We had tons of fun last night at opening ceremonies and are excited to rip some skier cross tomorrow! Go huskies!🤍🐾

Huge congrats to the women’s team for qualifying for USCSA Nationals!

After taking a 3rd place podium spot in the slalom, they earned an overall 4th place out of 16 teams.

We are excited to watch them represent at Whiteface in two weeks!

RACE DAY‼️ The huskies are taking on a FIS GS series at Whiteface this weekend. First run starts at 9:30am!

Great start to the season! The Women’s team secured a 2nd place both days of the series and the Men’s team earned a 4th and 5th in their races! Thank you & Proctor Academy for another great carnival! The huskies are definitely ready to roll into some GS at Whiteface this upcoming weekend.

Good morning! The huskies are ready to take on their first races of the season today and tomorrow after a few weeks of a successful ski camp.

Men’s Race 1 will begin at 8:45 am, followed by Women’s Race 1 at 12:15pm. Men’s Race 2 is scheduled for 3:45 pm this afternoon.

The start time for tomorrow’s Women’s Race 2 is TBD.

Had a fun day today at the Berkshire East Schaefer Cup! We are very excited to be back together in a couple days for our second leg of ski camp🙌🏼

Hello Everyone!

Time to start the season off with some new 2023 UConn Ski Team apparel! The store will be open from August 24th to September 5th!

A percentage of proceeds return back to the team in efforts to help fundraise for the season. With the significant budget cuts all clubs sports are facing this year, the UConn Ski Team is doing our best to begin the season on the right note. We thank you all so much for your continued support every season! We are looking forward to kicking it off in some new gear!

MTS - UConn Alpine Skiing - UConn Alpine Team 2023 Hurry, shop closes 09/05/2023!

Nationals was definitely not what we expected, but we made the most of it! Despite only having one run of slalom and skier cross, we got to ski some insane powder and witness some pretty historic snowfall for Mammoth!

Congrats to Allie for taking 5th place in the skier cross!

We are also wishing Abby a speedy recovery, we know she’s gonna return stronger than ever.

We hope to see you again at nationals next year on the east coast! Until then, thank you to all of our friends, family, and alumni for supporting us this season! Go Huskies‼️💙🐾

Shout out to the boys for earning second place as a team in skier cross today!! Also huge congrats to Matt who secured a second place spot in the individual standings. Tomorrow the men and women will hopefully be ripping a 1 run slalom race. It’s not exactly the nationals experience we hoped for, but definitely won’t be one we will forget. Go Huskies‼️

UCONN SKI TEAM IS GOING TO NATIONALS

After a solid weekend at Regionals, we are excited to say we are going to Nationals in Mammoth, CA!

This weekend, the men’s team landed themselves in 4th overall and the women’s team secured a 5th overall!

We had multiple top 15 finishes this weekend including two top 10 finishes.

Matt Chambers secured 7th in Saturday’s slalom race and Preston Bolus ended up in 8th during yesterday’s GS!

Get ready to cheer us on in two weeks! We are going to need all the support we can get and would greatly appreciate if you would consider donating to our GoFundMe to help us get there!
