I took this photo one year ago today, 16th July 2023. I was leaving Italy on my way to London for an immersion with John Wineland for The Teacher Training.
I had just had a conversation with my partner that our values were no longer aligned and we were going in different directions. We completed our five year partnership about a month later on our five year anniversary.
This past year was the deepest cauldron of alchemical transformation I have ever experienced.
And I’m so fu***ng proud of myself. 🙇♀️
I went into the depths of grief, rage, anguish and heartbreak. I honored the uncoupling process with so much love and respect and honored my humanness when s**t got real. I was devoted to a 9 month masculine cleanse.
And I showed the f**k up - even when it felt hard.
I lead coaching containers for my clients. I was lead assistant for 2 immersions with John Wineland, I taught practices that emerged from the depths of my soul.
I started an intentional pleasure product line 💦
I played all out.
Here I am in one year - living in a new city with a co-creative business partner that could not feel more aligned. My heart is full, my practice is deep, my life is ALIVE. 💫
I’m about to leave for Portugal for my 3rd year of my 3 year 1000 hour certification with John Wineland and I’m on the program team welcoming 60 amazing beings into another year of deep work in embodiment and s.xual polarity.
I am more aligned to my Purpose, Pleasure, and Possibilities than ever before… and the doors haven’t even opened yet. ✨
So remember, those moments of contraction open you into the wildest expansion of your dreams, when you hold true to your heart, align with your purpose and take radical action to create the life you were born to lead. ⚡️
Keep going, lovers, it’s so fu***ng worth it. 🫧🤸♀️

Perhaps the most wild and beautiful truth of our hearts is that at our core we are love.
Love emerges from us, as us, as something to then be given and receive.
Sometimes we believe that being loved is something that can be lost, yet love is never lost when we remember the love that we are.
The best love leaves indelible marks on our souls. It’s memories permeating our cells and filling our hearts.
Even amongst waves of grief and heartbreak the love is never truly lost, rather a reminder of the love that we are.
It is in being with all that is, the love, the grief, the despair and disbelief, and the resounding knowing of what’s true, that in letting go we open ourselves to let more love in.
What are you letting go of?
What love do you want to let in?
In partnership, are you letting go of the little moments of contraction and letting in more generosity?
I’m dating, are you letting go of your feelings of unworthiness to feel just how valuable you are?
In life, are you letting go of past expectations and opening to the juicy possibilities in front of you?
Wherever you are, whatever you’re letting go of, remember you ARE love, and in that space of radical compassion, only more love can be let in.
Be gentle with yourself.

I want to close out august with a deep honoring of the partnership I have had over the past 5 years. This partnership has activated me to know my truest gifts, light, power, and purpose on the planet. I have experienced more growth, lessons, deaths and rebirths than I could have ever imagined from the first night I kissed him. I feel deeply honored that through this partnership we have been able to tap into the limitless power that exists within us to truly claim the big missions we are meant to have on the planet. We have loved fully and completely. The world is and will continue to be a better place because of our love. This partnership has showed me how to be a stand for the type of love I am devoted to embodying. This partnership has been an initiation to the full, wet, grounded aliveness of love and commitment.
There are limitless lessons that I could share from this partnership and my fierce devotion to being a stand for love…. Which I will be sharing as an honoring of my life’s work…. More coming soon 😉

we’re going back to Italy 🇮🇹
In June 2019 and I went on a trip to Lonato Del Garda with the US Olympic Shooting team.
I had just left my corporate job and it was the first time I took to really sit with what I wanted to do, the light I wanted to bring onto the planet, and the impact I was ready to make.
I couldn’t even imagine where I would go over the next 3 years!
Now, we’re going back!
So grateful for all of ’s devotion to his purpose that brings us back in a different capacity… we have both grown so much over the last 3 years.
It’s going to be a beautiful full circle moment to anchor in a beautiful gift of contrast from then to now.
I am so ready to spend some time reflecting with deep gratitude and being immersed in inspiring creative Italian energy!
I’m so excited!

When we express with our full POWER we also want to make sure that others can receive it… expressing wide and modulating when we need to won’t actually dim our light, rather it makes us that much more magnetic.

The dogs. The family. The friends. The containers. The adventures. The experiences. The longing. The desires. The embodiment.
I have been deepening in integrity, intentionality, and capacity.

In our Teacher Training call with and this week we explored what we are devotional to in our practice and our businesses…
The texture of “devotional ease” is something I have been working with since our intensive in Santa Monica. It is really providing me a beautiful doorway of exploration.
My practice has been a slowing down. So much so that my movements are almost indistinguishable…
And in that slowing down, I have found the most delicious nourishment and deep awareness of just how much capacity my body holds for pleasure.
How do I embody more devotional ease?
What is the entry point for what I am devotional to in my own practice?
The exploration has required an incredible amount of slow, steady, opening.
In contrast to the expansion and intensity of the energy I have been pouring into We have been creating some POTENT AF containers for my consulting clients and this practice of what am I devotional to in my business has been such a deep remembering of why I am on the planet…
For me to show up as grounded, present, and available for my client’s transformation, I also need the same devotion in my personal practice.
Which has felt like a lot of “effort” to prioritize my pleasure and my partnership while also focusing on my clients.
My commitment has been to recognize the effort-ing and open through it…
Whether that be with clients, my personal practice, or my partnership
When I notice myself effort-ing, I can hear ‘s voice dancing in my ear saying how can you move with out so much effort-ing?
𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 is the opening.
𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝗶𝗻𝗴.
The more I open to love, to light, to beauty, to pleasure, to DEVOTION - the more impact I have in alignment with my purpose.
When partnership feels like effort-ing, how can you open to the pulse of love moving through you?
As for priority: partnership, this is such a beautiful reminder… the opening can come in moment to moment responsiveness. its when you choose to open the moment you feel the effort-ing weighing down. 9/3/22 💫

Sometimes the most beautiful part of the journey of partnership is the tussle
The play
The dance of discomfort in a way that liberates love.
To think that love is easy, smooth sailing, free flowing, happy all the time,
is not true love.
Deep partnership is created on the journey
of learning and growing together,
of evolving,
And also in recognizing that love is a foundation to build commitment on.
Deep partnership requires intentionality
and awareness
In how we honor the habits and patterns that brought us to this point.
Partnership is a spiritual journey should we choose to create that. We can choose to bring love and awareness to the things we don’t know we don’t know. To make the subconscious, conscious and to fiercely commit to liberate love - to the best of our ability - moment to moment.
Knowing, we will fail, f**k up, and have to recommit again and again to liberate more love in the moment.
Partnership requires ALL IN intentionality,
And a hell of a lot of compassion,
And even more generosity.

Receiving love is not just receiving love from one human.
Giving love is not just giving love to another human.
Love is divine.
When you deeply love your partner in both giving and receiving, you can tap into the limitless flow of love in all, the divine pulse of love.
You may think, “How is it possible to love someone this much?”
Or perhaps you may think, “How could I ever love this person?”
Love is bigger than us.
Love is divine.
When we can be generous with our love, we expand our capacity to both give and receive.
You can give the nutrient that someone has been longing for their entire life with a simple smile.
Or you can open completely in ecstatic surrender to your partner, not just because you trust the human, but you also trust the divine within the human.

Where can the pulse of love serve your life?
Is it breathing into the sweet divinity as your partner looks into your eyes as he oh so slowly dances his fingers across your skin and a tear gently rolls down your cheek in the beauty of it all?
Is it being wide enough to love your partner through the differences of opinions and priorities to see that both of you are doing your best?
Is it the opening in love when you are exhausted and you don’t think you have the energy, when really, opening to the pulse of love will enliven both of you?

mmm. This 3 year journey of the 1000 hour teacher training with is deep and divine.
I am so honored to be in a container with the incredible souls that are so devoted to the essence of love and consciousness.
Wow. This work. This devotion. This love.
I am in awe at the beauty and magic that comes through this work. I have such deep respect for the couples who are bravely doing the work to honor polarity and partnership. I do believe that prioritizing partnership is not for the faint of heart and I am so devoted to those that truly want to be ALL IN and commit on a deep level to the constantly evolving and growth of partnership.
Also, a deep bow of love and gratitude to for his unconditional love and support of me - and us - doing this work. I’m so grateful I get to do life with him, and share our journey with you!
I am trusting the pulse of love and the responsiveness of my body. I feel so much wider and open to announce that I have pushed back Priority: Partnership until September 3rd!

For all of us in partnership, I want us to feel safe, connected, happy, supported, turned on, seen, heard, understood, satiated, and totally soul saturated.
And I also believe that no matter how juicy and delicious your partnership may be, there will ALWAYS be opportunities to grow deeper in connection, to expand our awareness, and to grow as a being.
The reason we choose our partners is because they shine a spotlight on our opportunities for growth. (AKA: we do the exact thing that will trigger the F out of the other.) 😇
These opportunities for growth have lovingly been grooving their way into our neural pathways and nervous system… for our WHOLE LIVES. (Yup, even if you’ve done a 💩ton of therapy or coaching, you will still have these patterns… you may just have more awareness for WHEN they show up.)
From the time we were little, we would have feelings or experiences that we would believe were not valid, or safe to express fully, based on real or perceived situations with our caretakers. In turn we created our acceptable “ideal”reality… further grooving those neural pathways and habitual patterns.
Our (mostly subconscious) view of the world… our “self-serving illusion,” as harville hendrix and helen la kelly hunt reference… is what we refer our reality back to, especially with our partners, when we want them to fit perfectly into our puzzle. 🧩
So what does that mean?
Well… when our partner reacts or responds in a way that is different from what we want them to… that subconscious idea of how we think our perfect partner should act… sometimes, we do more harm then good. We add fuel to the fire 🔥 and our “we’re in a really good place” turns into a place that feels like rocky seas 🌊
Those patterns that we learned growing up come out as weapons in our friendly fire against our partner - who’s ON OUR SIDE.
We condemn, educate, threaten, ignore, or analyze our partner’s feelings and response… in turn, belittling their sense of self to fit our own self-serving illusion.
