Fitness is my life with friends and family! After having two children, I wanted to get my "girlie" body back again. Mainstream exercise just wasn't my thing.
I ran on a treadmill, did water aerobics, jogged, lifted weights, and hated every minute of it. I tried new fad diets weekly. I struggled to lose weight and just couldn't seem to get to where I was comfortable with myself. Taught an online zoom class yesterday- today I can feel the burn. Wonderful to see all of my gym friends back online ❤️🧡💛

I guess it’s going down for real- I decided to try a Silver Sneaker and Silver Yoga class Monday the 21st on zoom.  class will begin at seven if you’d like to logon earlier to chat- let me know and I’ll give you the logon information- Silver Yoga will be directly after the Silver Sneaker class.
I decided to end my position at the medical pavilion with Banner. I’ve been sitting around for a year waiting to get my knee fixed- my knee seems to be doing well enough. Someday I will need a meniscus repair or a total knee replacement, depending on arthritis…… until then I decided to climb out of the chair and start doing more. I started doing security again- I’m gonna see how that goes, being on my feet for hours at a time, if it goes well then I will start Fitness again. I need to start moving and grooving and get my blood flowing.

I’ve been given the greenlight to work out 💚 cardio rehab seven visits-  I’ve gotten my heart rate up to 160….  I thought about doing workouts from home on zoom- driving two hours to work out for an hour and pay $40 is a little ridiculous! For someone in heart failure seems to be beating pretty good most of the time. I’m not gonna lie I do get winded. 
I’m trying to eat so many more vegetables and shakes! 
Eating many more fruits and vegetables, trying to get back on track. Daily shake is a must….. keeps me going❤️
