Tonight, October 9, starting at 11pm, we'll be rolling out a new major update for clinic management.
Downtime will start at 11pm. Things should be back up to normal by 2am in the morning.
This affects both Seriousmd.com and Nowserving.ph, so it will also affect online bookings during those hours.
As with any major update, please bear with us, it's a transition towards making it a more seamless experience for both you and your patients in the long term.

Update: Sept 21, 2021
GCash should be back to normal operations today.
Their support team has informed us that they are starting to process the refunds for the affected transactions yesterday. Please give them time to process it. We're keeping track of your reports and their reports. We'll get this all resolved as soon as possible.
If your GCash transaction got affected by the issue yesterday where it deducted from your GCash but shows unsettled bill inside your NowServing app, please settle it again and it should go through. The affected GCash transaction from yesterday will be refunded directly and will not be used to settle the unsettled bill.

There is an ongoing issue with GCash at the moment (Sept 20, 2021) and some transactions may get affected. This is probably related to their announcement on the official GCash page.
It might appear that they have deducted from your account BUT NowServing shows that it has not yet cleared. This is because our system has not received the information from GCash yet.
Rest assured, we are here to help. Please DM us the following information:
1. Your name
2. Your doctor's name
3. Reference Number (in the SMS they sent to you)
We'll help get your situation sorted out as soon as possible.
Update: For urgent bookings, please re-book and select another payment method instead of GCash. That will go through like normal.
The GCash support team is most likely overwhelmed at the moment but rest assured, we are keeping track of all your individual reports and help get them refunded back to your account.
A few months ago, we released a completely new design for the NowServing app to address a lot of things that we previously could not.
Fast forward to today, we’re now releasing another major design update to the NowServing app to better help your patients.
Due to all the new additions, enhancements as well as the upcoming features you've been waiting for, the previous design of the app just wouldn't be able to handle it anymore.
We've rebuilt the NowServing app from the ground up with the main intention of organizing things in a way that "requires no explanation."
We’ve worked hard to bring you this new app and we’re continuing to work day in and day out on updates to better improve the app even through all the challenges of this pandemic.
Like we always say, NowServing is still a work in progress but you can rest assured, it’ll continue to keep improving.
We thank everyone for the constructive feedback, both from patients and doctors. Though we are oftentimes silent and working in the background, we do listen & learn from your feedback and will continue to improve our products and services.

NowServing Patient Portal
There's now an online patient portal for NowServing that acts the same way as the mobile app.
This works automatically if your patient loads the NowServing link that they received from you via SMS or email on their computer.
It asks them to login and once inside the patient portal, they can:
- Receive the call from you
- Chat
- Book Appointments
- Basically everything in the current NowServing app.
Alternatively, your patients can login here and enter the invite code they got from the SMS if it's their first time to sign up: https://nowserving.ph/portal/
The team is a bit undermanned at the moment due to the pandemic, but rest assured, the whole team is committed and working behind the scenes to bring out enhancements, features and bug fixes daily.
