Just a reminder that our Fuzzy's Taco Fundraising event is tonight.
Predator Parents, Players, and Coaches,
Despite our record at the end of the year, I'd like to thank you all for a great season of football. Our team was competitive in just about every game we played, and this was no small feat considering how much bigger most of the opposing players were. There were several games we should have/could have won, but the play on the field was exciting to the last nevertheless.
I will never cease to be amazed by the heart and passion our boys showed on the field week after week, and it is no doubt a tribute to their upbringing and your parenting. Many of our boys also grew as players, young men, and leaders during the season, and it was very satisfying to see this happen.
I am proud to be the Predators coach, and I sincerely hope that each and every player returns to the team next year. Everyone contributed to our successes in a meaningful way, and I truly mean that.
Enjoy some rest, relaxation, and college/professional football, and I hope to see you all at the banquet.
Sincerely,
Coach Brandon
Check out Hunter! Like he was fired out of a cannon to make the tackle!
Way to hang onto that ball Aden!
Parker with the trifecta (tackle, forced fumble, and fumble recovery)!
Anthony getting it done on defense!
Nice punt block Isaiah!
Great hit Logan! Way to get us the ball!
Predators,
Next Friday night will be our final game of the season. As such, practice will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Because there will be a late soccer game Tuesday evening, we will be on the little field we warmed up on the other day until the game is over.
Your boys fought hard last night, and we put our defense in a bad spot once we got behind in the score. I think that led to their fatigue, and I can't be upset with them for that; I'd be gassed if I had to tackle a 5' 11", 180 pound "kid" for an entire half.
While I'm disappointed with how the second half of our season unfolded, I can only point to one game where the boys could have given more effort. And after watching two scout films on the other Broomfield team, I'm happy to report that our final opponent has no grown men running the ball.
I am and always will be proud of our boys, and I appreciate the fire and passion they exhibited even at the end of last night's game.
Coach Brandon

Predators,
I typically have a laundry list of things to work on at practice following a loss, but I honestly can't say that you needed to do anything better during tonight's game.
The team we just played is 4-0, and they have scored more points against opponents than any other division 2 team by far. We held them to one touchdown and essentially lost by an extra point. And without any hyperbole, we probably should have had two more touchdowns on our half of the score sheet.
I'm incredibly proud of the grit, teamwork, and determination you put forth, and I'm sure your families and friends recognize it as well.
We have another night game next Friday, and we will therefore practice Tuesday (5:30 - 7:30), Wednesday (5:00 - 7:00), and Thursday (5:00 - 7:00). FYI, we will be the away Arvada team next Friday and will be wearing the loaner away jerseys.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend and be proud of what you did today. Sometimes the end result isn't as important as learning what you are and what you're capable of as a team. And we'll see them again. I guarantee it.
Coach Brandon
Carterback dishing out some payback!
Double reverse? "Nope!" said Little Caleb.
Great tackle Thomas!
AJ, what did that kid ever do to you?
Big play Drew with the 50 yard TD!
Predators,
Our home night game tomorrow is at Long Lake (field E) at 7:30 pm. As such, please have your boys there dressed and ready to go at 6:30 pm. It might be a little breezy according to the forecast so dress accordingly.
This game will be another dogfight so please do whatever works to have your son ready to play at kickoff and for every snap afterwards.
Thank you,
Coach Brandon
Predators,
That game was a tough pill to swallow today, but I think we all realize how well our boys battled and how they will use this as a learning experience. That same team shut us out last year and put up four touchdowns on our defense, and we had our opportunities to beat them today. Our team has really grown and improved with our new additions.
We will be pad-less and helmet-less on Tuesday so your boys just need t-shirts, shorts, cleats, and mouthguards. I think this bye week came at just the right time.
Thank you for everything you do, and I'm proud to be coaching your sons.
Coach Brandon
