Small-batch hot sauce made from chiles grown on our organic farm in Ithaca, New York. Coming in the late Fall 2013 Also, we like bowling.

We are just simple folk who love the taste of good chile peppers and locally sourced food. Our mission here is to produce high quality hot sauce for people around here to enjoy. It will be made with ingredients sourced right here in the Finger Lakes region of New York. We are growing the chiles on our organic farm in Ithaca and the rest of our ingredient needs will be from local farms and businesses. We hope y'all will like it!
