As I was hiking in my 2.5 miles I started to rethink my plan for Appalachian Trail (AT). In my head I had planned to hike 10- 15 miles a day but that might be a s challenge with a 70+ lb bag on your bag. So either I need more practice or I need to not carry so much stuff. Iโ€™m so glad Iโ€™m doing these local backpacking trips itโ€™s helping me to figure out more about what works and what does not work for me. #ncstateparks #backpacking #hike

I really love this machine. The correct name is Glute Drive. Itโ€™s convenient- no need to secure a bench, barbell, & plates. Itโ€™s safe, getting in position for hip thrusts with heavy weights can get tricky when working out alone. Itโ€™s effective, you feel it immediately in your glutes and the machine keeps you in form. This hip thrust action will help strengthen your glutes and core. Itโ€™s also very good for people with โ€œbadโ€ knees. #crunchfitness #crunchfitnesscameronvillage

This machine is called Full Body press. Either I was not performing the task correctly or I need to add weights because I did not feel a challenge at all.
