About ‘Better than Kennel’

My name is Kyla Lodwig. I am 23 years old, and I am a Veterinary Medical Student at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. I started watching my family friend’s pets when I was 11 years old and have been consistently doing it since, expanding my services, clientele, and skill set each year. I have also worked as a Veterinary Technician Assistant for over a year between my undergrad and my graduate studies, and therefore, am medically trained.

I have worked as a kennel attendant at a hospital boarding facility and at a pet hotel, and can say there is truly no place like home! With me not only does your kiddo get around the clock care, but they get someone who will love them almost as much as you do! As the parent, you get a medically trained pet sitter and peace of mind knowing your kiddo is in the comfort of their own home.
