Some alternative solution for quarantine life with style. I have long wanted to make some new motorcycle masks, but with some modifications it can also be used to install any additional filters. And although quarantine is gradually softened, these masks will remain relevant for summer on wheels π

Keys are lost, dash lamps are broken, bolts and nuts of our unknown origin and paintjob is definitely whipped up...π€¦ββοΈ But the chrome on the headlamp rim has been preserved in perfect form for its 50-60 years! π₯

Despite its appearence, rust, loor painting and over 60 years of age, the front leading link fork is still in full working condition! π₯Noticeable quality of old soviet vehicles! πBut definitely need to replace all bearings, seals and a lot work with painting before he sees the road again π

"How not to do" or a classic vintage motorcycle from a barn. This is the early K-750 production of the Kiyv Motorcycle Plant (KMZ). But the switches and steering damper are from a newer Dniepr, fork nut is broken and grips were replaced by new chinese π But now all this has already been taken apart and the original spare parts have been taken out of the boxes π This one will return to its original appearance this winter.π€

This Frankenstein monster is far from its original appearance yet. Non-original lamps, switches, fenders, some parts are missing, other are rusty...π§
But it was bought because of a few cool moments - a short frame's version of early K-750M bikes with removable sidecar mounting bracket and old leading link fork π

That's kinda familiar look for old motorcycle, which we take for restoration and modification.π Rusty pipes, oxydized aluminium, dirt, leaking oil and loose wires...
But the old Soviet and German lower valve boxer engines definitely have their own charm!π₯And this one is waiting for new parts that will ensure perfect engine reliability on the road with retaining its vintage look! π

One more patient came for restoration.π
K-750 is a true classic boxer sidecar motorcycle manufactured in Kyiv during Soviet era in 1958-1968.
And this winter this guy is waiting for complete restoration, modernization, painting and new birth with preserving his vintage look π€

Let me introduce not customized too much yet, but finally restored and alive my big one Kawasaki VN1500 in classic black! πWhat do you feel about this kind of apehangers handlebars?π Anyway it's time to use the last sunny days of this year to ride on two wheels and prepare someone three-wheeled for winter rides! π₯

Last sunny days this year... But our EN500 bobber already takes a sun bath in full alert before its first ride and still has time to please its owner before winter comes.π€

Because of frame shape of EN500 it needs to make specific mount to install custom springer seat. It took us some time, but the new owner is totally happy with his new bobber seat.π€ It plays important role in rebuild of this old one from scratches and give it a badass, old school vibe.π

And now already dyed and laced hand-carved seat for our rebel chopper express-project based on Kawasaki EN500 Vulcan. I think it looks much better now? π

More than 8 hours of cleaning, sanding and polishing. All hands and face are covered by aluminium dust, but the old engine covers turned into real mirror! π€Pics of assembled engine for our new Kawasaki EN500 bobber already on the way!

One more comparison for our Kamikaze cafe racer. Katana's twin-beam steel frame is not the easiest solution for a classic cafe racer, so it was a challenge for us to make it quick and neat for city rides.

Contrary to popular belief, it's quite possible to have a soviet boxer with clean and reliable engine. Our bobbers are proof of that! πOld one with chopped fork and white engine on the pic π

So, it's time to compare before and after. π€ Our Suzuki "Kamikaze" Katana after total rebuild from scratch. With complete cleaning, frame modification, painting, leatherwork and installation of many new parts.πNot bad as for experiment with twin-beam steel frame. π @ Warsaw, Poland
