BrightSpeed has informed us that they are currently in an open-for-sale period following their recent fiber build in our community. As part of this process, they have deployed a D2D sales team to offer sign-up options for their new fiber services.
There was a miscommunication within their sales team, which has since been clarified. We appreciate everyone who reached out with concerns and want to ensure our city remains informed and vigilant.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact the City of Oxford at 919.603.1102 or BrightSpeed at 855.621.1644.
