💦 Tuesday Grind: Incline Pushups💦

Targets: Chest, shoulders

Steps:
1️⃣ Stand facing the bench, table, or the edge of a bed.
2️⃣ Bend your elbows to your lower chest to the edge of the bench while inhaling.
3️⃣ Keep your body straight and rigid throughout the movement.
4️⃣ Push your body away from the bench until your elbows are extended, but not locked. Exhale as you push up. Keep going with slow, steady repetitions.

💪Tuesday Grind: Side Lunges💪

Targets: Lower Body

Steps:
1️⃣ Take a wide step with your left leg to the side of you. Both your toes should be pointed in the same direction and your feet should be flat on the floor.
2️⃣ Bend your left knee as you step outward and keep your hips back. It should feel like you are trying to sit just one side of your lower body in a chair.
3️⃣ Release the position by pushing off your left foot to return to the starting position.
4️⃣ Perform one set of side lunges on your left leg, then switch to your right leg.
5️⃣ Repeat for additional sets.

✅Stand tall with your feet together.
✅Step your right foot out to the side, bend your knee, and sit your hips back to lower into a side lunge.
