Spent the weekend in with the family. This pub was in the same street as the we stayed in. We called in for a drink whilst waiting for the keys and found out that it was the great Sean Locks local. I couldn't help but start to think of the amount of laughter that was created in there. If not by Sean himself, but by his countless friends and colleagues. He often talked about going to the pub on TV and this is one of those pubs!!
They had on draught which always makes me happy.
I love estate pubs, particularly the ones that aren't on main roads, the ones you have to walk around to "bump into". This is definitely one of them. They're becoming a rarity in the big smoke these days and need to be attended more frequently than they are at the moment.
Unfortunately these photos aren't the best coz Instagram has to have a particular size so there's bits missing that I wanted to show.
Anyway, these are 4cx300s and they are fu***ng awful cables. We need to start a petition to make any cable larger than a 4cx240 to be only available in single core format. What a fart about these things are.
It's not always big stuff, but that doesn't mean you should lower your standards. This is a 4cx35mm with a 25mm CPC. The CPC wasn't long enough to follow the supply cable so had to jump off a bit earlier. It's nice to work with small stuff now and again.
I really believe that if we lose it, it will never come back. I don't know how we can prevent it but it's very very precious to our British isles. We can let them have it.
I've got myself a logo and I'll be getting some stuff sewn/printed up in the coming weeks/months (I'm not sure how long it takes)
I've been trading as Jointech for 10 years now so I think it's time I sorted my s**t out and looked less like a homeless person when I turn up on site. This photos show me drawing the designs with a so I'll be assuming they'll look better once they're professionally doneπππ
Also ignore the model, he's a complete amateur!!

Gonna give these a go I've already had them on and they are really comfy. They are massive though, I'll have to go outside into the carpark to turn around πππ. Let's see how they get on!

What I got up to today.
It's been a poor week with me injuring my leg and hobbling around like a pensioner!! Not a lot got done compared to normal weeks.
This was a job from today. I was done for 2pm and was only 45mins from home. I worked Friday coz I had Wednesday off with old man legs!
These are 4cx95mm cables. Unfortunately I don't know what theyre for or what the factory actually produces (must try harder in future)
But had a few bit of good news thrown in this week to cheer me up (not the 70 quid parking fine from Exeter last weekπππ)
