And honestly, it matters more than it ever has before because ALLLLLLLL these people birthing turn into parents! It takes a village to raise up happy parents & happy children.

And for of these new birthers & parents they have not had an adequate village supporting them for well...years now

Imagine being pregnant during a pandemic, to birthing during a pandemic, to parenting during a pandemic with an extremely limited support network.

Did you know that a New Canadian studies indicate maternal rates of anxiety and depression nearly doubled due to the pandemic! From 19% to 35%!

This new Canadian mental health data says that ONLY 1 in 5 mothers feel like they are NOT having trouble keeping it all together. 🙋🏻‍♀️🧑🏼🧑🏽🧑🏾🧑🏿

It’s no wonder they say it takes a village. We aren’t meant to do this journey alone.

I’ve been so wrapped up working on the exciting things going on in the back end along with every day business, homeschooling our three kiddos while being on full lockdown here... I was feeling like some days I was just spinning on my head. Anyone else know this feeling?⁣

I’ve let go of things that can honestly just wait, delegated parts of my to-do list to release any unnecessary weight on my shoulders, giving myself grace during homeschooling and know that I’m not doing too bad at the end of the day. I also got back into being active and making sure I don’t put myself last.⁣
