Shoe modifications don't have to be ugly! The 6mm lift on the right is hardly visible and was completed by our Pedorthist, Alex, on-site.

I love what I do 💕
Custom foot orthotics aren't just for people suffering from foot pain or for those with flat feet. They can help with knee pain, hip pain, back pain, as well as those with neutral and high-arched feet. Custom products are designed to cater to your feet, your body, and your lifestyle.

Here's a little snippet of me working on a client's orthotics. When I say hand-made custom orthotics, I really mean *hand-made* custom orthotics! We are all in different situations, and I make sure to cater to your individual needs.
Interested in an appointment? Just a reminder that I am providing complimentary assessments until January 31, 2020. Call 440-290-0185 or email me at [email protected] to book your appointment now!
Hi everyone!
Whether you're racing the Rock Hall Half Marathon / Relay , 5K / 10K or are just curious about what I do, please stop by the race Expo this Saturday and say Hi. I'll have a booth set up at the Expo at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade from 9am - 7pm. I'll have a Spin Wheel with PRIZES at my booth, samples of Orthotics that I've made, and information about what I do (and can do for you!).
Hope to see/meet you there :)
Second Sole Mentor
Day 1 in the books at Second Sole Mentor. I'm going to like working here. :) Got acclimated to the new environment and was able to help over a dozen people find the shoes and related foot products that they needed!
I'm happy to help match you up with your newest pair of running or walking shoes. And if you have any pain in your feet (or stemming from the way your feet are supported), I would love to setup time for a personal assessment to determine the best way for your body to get the support it needs.
During my first six months at Second Sole (today through Jan '20), I'll complete the assessments at NO CHARGE. Come see me at the shop! (My hours are posted on this page.)
What I do...
Orthotics come in all shapes and sizes, just like bodies and feet. Often we see the same ones over and over, because they are mass produced in labs where the individual assessing for and ordering orthotics is met with limitations due to the facility producing them. That is why I make my orthotics truly custom for your feet and your body, by hand.
I am trained in Canada, having to go through the extensive educational protocol there to become a Pedorthist. I have an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement), and a post-graduate diploma in Pedorthics (assessment for, design of, creation of, and delivery of custom foot orthotics, and customization of footwear and off-the-shelf insoles to alleviate and prevent pain/discomfort in the foot and lower limb).
I have worked with all kinds of people, including professional athletes, high-risk diabetics, children, partial foot amputees, etc. I have helped people avoid surgery, and get back to the activities of daily life that they love to do.
Orthotics are not just for flat feet, not just for athletes, not just for diabetics, but they are for those who have biomechanical or gait issues, who want to become more efficient, and who want to be rid of chronic pain that has held them back in life.
