Our Wisconsin Revolution is an independent social justice organization working to make both our economy and our government a true democracy—of, by and for the people. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering or getting involved with a local chapter.
The Uncommitted Movement wants the best for the Democratic Party. They are not wreckers. A significant majority of the Democratic base wants a ceasefire and disapproves of Israel’s destructive war. They’re simply trying to ensure the party holds up to its values and principles.

Indefensible. This is truly an awful and embarrassing move by the DNC that shows they are out of touch with the Democratic base. Solidarity to all uncommitted delegates for their efforts. The fight for Palestinian freedom doesn’t end here.
It’s still not too late for the DNC to do the right thing by letting a Palestinian American from the uncommitted movement speak at the convention.

Uncommitted delegates launched a sit-in outside the United Center, host of the DNC, after the DNC refused to grant a speaking slot to a Palestinian-American. We stand in full solidarity with them. Let them speak!
Free school meals is progressive and popular! Ban hunger, not books!
Regrettably handing it to a rep from another Midwest state, but Mayor Pete is right: the politics of joy is so much more enjoyable than the politics of hatred.

109 human beings are being held hostage in Gaza, and over 40,000 innocent people have been killed. No one life is worth more than another.
If today’s DNC theme is about “freedom”, then everyone is morally obligated to recognize that Palestinians deserve freedom too.
Republicans don’t want freedom, despite what they may claim. Controlling our bodies, banning books, limiting our speech, and suppressing our rights is not “freedom”.
“We must summon the courage to stand up to wealth and power, and deliver justice for people at home and abroad” - Bernie Sanders just now at the DNC. That’s damn right.
