You will find me helping those that are locked into the cycle of self-doubt, low self-worth, and at the bottom of an endless cycle of trauma. Finding strength every day while you are going through the valley of life is challenging. Capturing present struggles and those of your past hard. Hitting the “publish button” and sharing them with the world is powerful and the second best thing I ever did! The first best thing? Breaking away from an abusive relationship.
